Refund Policy
AsterFive LLC TM offers a zero-risk policy for signing-up for our subscription services. This includes the option to terminate a service at any time, and to receive a full or partial refund. The Client may elect to terminate a service or all services at any time. If the Client elects to cancel a subscription service prior to the end of a Billing Period, AsterFive TM will refund 100% of the pre-paid balance for the period starting at the end of the current Monthly Period of service. Clients paying monthly may terminate during that month and future Monthly Period billing will no longer be processed for the terminated service(s). The service(s) will continue for the duration of the current Monthly Period, but will terminate on the last day of the Monthly Period that the termination was requested. For the purposes or billing and refunds, a Monthly Period is defined as either a calendar month or a 30-day period from the day during the month the service was originally purchased. The Billing Period is defined as the billing cycle elected by the Client, which is either a Monthly Period, a Quarterly Period, a Semi-Annual Period or an Annual Period. As with the Monthly Period, each of these Billing Periods may be linked to the calendar months or a comparable period of days (e.g., quarterly would be either 3 months or 90 days from the original start date)
While AsterFive TM does not sell physical products, we do offer assistance with design and delivery of customized products and services for our Clients. These products, due to their nature (i.e., customized products), are not returnable or refundable, unless they were delivered defective or were produced with design errors that they client did not approve. Defective products, such as printed materials, will be subject to the return policies of the printing vendor used for production. Defects and/or design errors must be brought to the attention of AsterFive TM within 14 calendar days of product delivery to Client. Design and administrative fees are not refundable.
Refunds for canceled services will be processed automatically. No action is required by the Client to request these refunds. For refunds or replacements of other products and services (such as printed materials), please email us at [email protected]. We will follow up within 1 business day to review and process the request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an agreed refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
