We monitor Google for new customer reviews and provide prompt email and text alerts — once daily — regarding new feedback. You can choose to receive alerts for all reviews, or only those "of concern" (three stars or less). We craft custom, professional replies to new reviews within one day of receiving them.
Every week, we'll send you a PDF summary report detailing all reviews and replies, helping you stay on top of your online reputation. Our replies are thoughtful and appropriate — designed to address concerns without being defensive or confrontational.
As part of the service, we also collect data on three competitors selected by you. At the end of each month, you'll receive a customized summary report with the previous month's review summary, historical data (as available), a breakdown of service category feedback, and a comparison with your competitors.
